Any basketball players out there?
Hey guys, I currently just recovered from an ankle injury and I'm trying to get my body back in sync. So the first day back to working out, should I work speed/quickness/strength or more on-ball drills?

Ouch. I had a knee injury once.. Took me out for a while. What kind of drills do you do for agility/conditioning? Ladders and suicides?
Makes sense.. I'm usually get fatigued fast after recovering from injuries >.> Low intensity should be good?
Everything. If I were you, I'd work on my conditioning first. Getting back into proper running shape is key.
