Smiling mask need help

So i have had a smiling mask for a while and i have a question, could i plat scissors karma it? also could i use that new thing where i can transfer it to anyone in the account?

no.. if it doesn't say it, then you can't. it'll say you can transfer it through characters with a sharing tag
what about using that one nx item that can transfer it through accounts

If you got it from gach,then you cant karma it.
Like about 800-1bill. My problem is its on a cleric on windia and i dont like clerics.
How much do those masks cost? I really want one
If it's the untradable version from gach, then you can't karma it o.o
