Why is my listing being rejected?

For about 3 days straight my guild listing has been getting rejected and MrBasil won't clearly tell me what is wrong with my listing. I don't have any links or any cuss words or anything bad within my listing. Somebody tell me why MrBasil is being so lame about this? I just want my listing to be accepted already, is this too much to ask for?

Here's my listing that I'm trying to submit, feel free to proofread it:

-LHC Party (i dont host but many of us do recruit many many times each day)

1.) Minimium Guild Requirement please be lvl 120+ (unless u have connections with someone in the guild)
2.) Must be active, dont want an un-active person taking up space in guild
3.) Absolutely NO HACKERS or SCAMMERS , we dont want our guild to have a bad name, trying to keep it as legit as it gets :]
4.) Be nice and all the other nice things nice people would like to see

1.)NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SELL NX TO ANYONE IN THE ALLIANCE+GUILD UNTIL U ARE GIVEN PERMISSION BY ME AND JR'S OF THE GUILD AND TO HAVE OUR VOUCHES WHEN SELLING (any attempt in selling NX without any of our permission will result in expulsion from the guild)

2.) Absolutely no hackers/scammers under any exception

2.)Please do not beg for your guild ranking to go up/ host a Boss run or any begging, it annoys all of us, is pointless spam, and if u keep it up it will result in being expelled from the guild

3.) dont be starting flame wars, hating, or drama among each other cuz we all love each other
