Basil Lost its Usage
If you're wondering why I didn't send in a ticket about this, I've sent in several. The last few weren't answered and the first ones had an un-true response.
@mrbasil, I've been having issues adding any of my characters in El Nido, which is the only server I really play in. Ever since the rankings were updated, the character adding screen said: "We couldn't find this character on the Nexon rankings..." Because of this, I can't even use the auction feature anymore. I can't bid on anything in my main server because the site won't let me add my characters in El Nido, and my auctions are defaulted to Bera since I can't add any El Nido characters (including my main) and the only characters I have had success adding were characters in Bera. I set up an auction for my Alchemist Overall that I have in El Nido, but it was set up in Bera instead
The characters I've been trying to add in El Nido (which do exist >.<, and this is only 2; I have more characters but don't need to add them) were [b]ThyMemories[/b] and [/b]EmpressSage[/b].

K. Until the rankings update, I will just use a characer I am using to reserve a name.

@Exumaii: It looks that way.. until Nexon gets the rankings fixed, we won't have full availability of all avatars here on Basilmarket.
So @BobR, am I just not able to do any activity on here until they update the rankings?
I am having the same problem with my El Nido characters as well. After the rankings were updated, I tried to update my buccaneer on Basil Market. Since BM couldn't find the character, it deleted it from my characters page. It would be nice if this didn't occur. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Apparently the Nexon rankings page isn't completely fixed yet. A lot of people have been having this problem because Basilmarket can't get the info from the rankings page that's needed to add players here. (You'll notice that a lot of people's avatar pictures have been pretty scrambled too. Whatever Nexon did to the rankings page hasn't quite gotten it right yet.)
Unfortunately we have to wait until Nexon can do something about getting the rankings working completely before all these issues are likely to be fixed.
