Is lv 100 quest needed to do lv 110 quest?
On my DW, I've reached 103 and haven't completed the level 100 skill quest that's supposed to give brandish because brandish is now given at 70. Must I still complete the brandish quest in order to do the level 110 quest for advanced combo?

Oh really? I heard somewhere that you had to kill like a fake Manon or Griffey or boss of some sort?
