is there any way to get you ticket answered faster
im really starting to get aggravated my tickets been in work in progress for 3 months and i sent the ticket at the beginning of august when i got hacked and ive provided all the information that the account belongs to me. but its just been sitting there in work in progress mocking me. so is there anyway to speed up the process and also how long did it take you to get an email change if you requested one >.<

Took me a month to change my email.
Make sure to check your ticket updates regularly, they gave me 3-4 days to respond to the ticket for further information.
If you don't, they'll close the ticket like they did with mine, had to open another ticket.
When they request you to fax documents over, just comment that the time and date you faxed the documents to ensure they wont close the ticket.
