Can you get the medal on multiple characters? Right now, I got it on my pally, but I can't seem to get it on my other ones, is it supposed to be like this or is it glitched?

@drakanss, I relogged like 55555 times, and it still didn't work
@Masterobert, it's been like 2 days, i tried relogging and everything, but i still can't get it

it's glitched I think I got it on all my characters but no matter what I do my db just never gets the quest for it
Yes you can, relog or something.
You should be able to get it on all the characters on the account with the level 200.
