After you use platinum scissors on an empress overall, does it stay tradable until worn again, or does it become untradable after the transaction?

After you use platinum scissors on an empress overall, does it stay tradable until worn again, or does it become untradable after the transaction?

An empress equip or weapon is tradeable [b]until it is worn for the first time[/b].
After that you will need a psok to make it tradeable [b]once[/b], and it will become untradeable again as soon as the transaction is done.
I thought it was Untradeable after worn. Never tried it though.
