Like they said, 2-4% items are really easy to get.
You could also ask to borrow some of your friends' gear for a bit so that you can adv, but you'd have to be really trustworthy and ask nicely.

Crafting 2~4% second tier Earrings/Belts aren't too difficult, same for an Overall and Shoes. You'll need two characters for this, but it may help. You could get friends to buff you with combative buffs(Adv Bless, CO, MW, Rage, ect) before you go in. Otherwise, you could try scrolling your Knuckle(Considering it's a TB, I'd just 100% it)... If you have equips you can transfer from your main to your TB and then back, you could use those.

I'd imagine you're probably doing the UA-prequests, but unless you happen to have built your character rather badly, you shouldn't have much trouble with minimal amounts of gear. I personally haven't done the quests, but the most common issue I hear is DR killing you, not lack of damage. Alternatively, I assume TB's will receive a buff with the coming Pirate Revamp, so you could wait until then and I imagine you'd have the damage to solo after.

Uhm, do party quests get items like that set from the pyramide, etc. Make other chars with link skills, buy a onyx apple or a warrior potion in nlc.
If you aint got cash go make your profession accessory crafting and start making belts rings etc and make alot till you get some with potentials open thos stats and use or sell those for more money.
When fighting that boss you need to watch out for his reflect dmg ( you can see the reflect emblem on his head) then you stop attacking.

i don't have the meso to merch with and i can stay alive it's the time limit

How can't you do job adv? I did it on my wa with clean lvl 80 equipment and lvl 90 bow without anything else.

Well you need funds to get stronger.
Am i right ?
Start off with merching and try getting 2~6% str for shoes,belt,earring.
Or... Buy a huge ass amount of potions and get advancing.
