I cant log on to my account

Hello everyone, I'm having a problem logging into my account. I have tried to click the "?" next to the password at the login for a password reset but it doesn't send to the email I typed in. I made sure nothing wrong was with my email so i emailed myself and I received email just fine. I have tried to send a thicket. I created another account to send the ticket because I can't send tickets on the account I am having problems with since I can't log on it. Every time I send a ticket in the response is all the same "Click the ? next to the password". I can't think of anything else to try. Any help Basil community?

I had the same exact problem with my account. I saw another post on Nexon forums that addressed this problem and it required me to answer these following questions in a ticket:

Your account's registered email address:
Your account ID (if applicable):
Your full name (first and last):
Your registered birthday as it appears on your account:
Answer to Security Question 1 (if applicable):
Answer to Security Question 2 (if applicable):
List at least one game and character name on this account:
Provide a new unique email address not associated with a Nexon account:

It took Nexon awhile to respond with another ticket. They might need additional information if you are not able to answer all of these questions thoroughly like I did. They asked me to fax them a copy of some sort of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.). I hope this helps! Best of luck.

Well, a grammar school would help half of this situation.

Are you sure the email you're sending the password reset to is the correct email that you're trying to reclaim?
