Quest specialist medal

Well as the title says, this thread is about the quest specialist medal. I for one as a Bow master who wants 120 passive jump and as much avoid as possible find this medal to be the best. Sadly enough i have done 173 out of 800 quests in a 6 hours a day for 3 days and it feels like i been doing them for weeks. It feels as though im not getting anywhere. Is there anyway to go about getting the rest of the quests done faster? Easier? Any specific chain quests i could do? I want this medal badly and im losing focus.

I've been meaning to get that medal, too. I think I'm at like 2xx/800 quests so far
If your BM is in Bera feel free to buddy me and maybe we could help each other out

My Ranger just got that medal last week (second character that I've gotten that medal with).
He has yet to use it, though.

Do all the low lvl boring quests you skipped, do kerning city quests - nella, alex, shumi etc.
Do the magatia quests - brings you closer and they're pretty rewarding, not to mention one of the few quests on maplestory that actually got some sort of interesting story to it. Orbis and el nath- there's a specifically long quest chain there, just be warned it takes a LOT of travelling around.
Maker quests if you haven't done them (Magatia)
Nautilus - do all the quests in the ship, there's a lot to be done, and if you check what items you need in advance, you can just hunt for all items beforehand and go complete them all at once.

There's a ton of quests you can finish simutaneously, so do those.
If your heading some place, check the monsters and their etc drops in hidden-street it'll tel you what else the item is used for.

Do all the ones in Magatia, I don't remember if you had to complete the PQ in magaita to activate the quests, but there's tons of chain quests there. There was one where you just have to walk back and forth from Romeo to Juliet.
I did quests to level up from 30~80. Never MP3ed, WRed, etc.
I find that all of the 'newb' quests such as hunting xx stumps, or snails help. Also, the chain quest looking for the book of the ancient is made up for 20+ parts.
Same. I got my main to level 72, only by doing Quests. You should do the Quests at Magatia.

Edit:
Do the book of ancient quest. It's kinda time consuming, but it has ~30 parts.
Also do all Ariant quests (including Magatia). And shammos quest involves a lot of subquests in which you pretty much chat with the NPCs.
Oh, and do all the bosses quest you can find. They usually have many parts and give you fame xD.

These are all fun to do IMO.
thanks for this info...where can i find the book of ancient quests? Is that the guy in ludo twoer that leads to kft?

I'd suggest doing all of the area boss quests. You get lots of fame and they're all a bunch of long chain quests, so they add up fast.
Faust, Mano, Deo, King Clang, the list goes on...
Also do the Neo City quests, that's quite a long chain quest too.

Keep at it. You'll get it. I got mine and it felt like it took forever to get, but it feels great completing such a long task.

There's a "hidden" multi-part quest in the Nautilus- on the top level click the trashcan to the left of Mrs. Reade. It leads to a bunch of "kill 100 xxx" from umm.. what's his name outside Kyrin's room.

Quest Specialist takes a loooong time. I got mine at level 80 on this character because of all the new quests they've added recently, but it takes forever to get there.

You have to do almost every quest in the game, well there's more quests now so try to do the easier or cheaper.

I got the medal right when it came out, I was at 72x/800 quests because I'm a questing person, so I was like.. uhh let's finish them..

Got the medal with 2 in all stats, I was so happy.. then got the one with 3 in all stats, when they updated the medals xD.

If you're wondering, I had like 10-15 quests undone when I finished, did the rest..

@hahaflipb0y: In the quest "complete" tab and in the quest specialist quest count is different because there are chain quests within one quest heading

OT: It took me a long time to get the medal because I couldn't kill a lot of monster when I was in the lower level.
Recruit some buddies and guildies to help complete it together.

I know that event quests do not count. I know chain quests add to the counter. And trust me. Im one who NEVER quests. I just started and i started in lith. I cleared out all of liths/perions and henesys quests so far for a lvl 130 bm. im planning on doing ellinia tomorrow and maybe kerning. Its just vexing seeing the counter slowly raise up making it feel like an eternity

its soo weird i did like 200 quests+ only and i checked how many i did and i did like 720 XD
they say event quests don't count but i think they added it to how many quests they did

It is a pain to do lol. Some quests actually count as more then one in some cases lol.
Only quests that don't count are event/party quests. A multi part quest will count as multiple quests though.

Focus on a particular area/continent.
Like Komosha said it's really just dedication.
