Sorry but Hurricane only hits 250% at max. Even in next revamp it goes up to 260%. I don't know where you got 270%

What is banned? And if you look at the %damage of both skills, you don't even have to ask which one is better

Rapid fire is still superior than hurricane in both distance and damage.

Before Nerf

Rapid fire 330% > Hurricane 250%

After Archer Revamp

Rapid Fire 300% > Hurricane 260%

Post-Pirate Revamp, Rapid Fire wins hands down.
