where do you get the new item set?
5th Warrior/Mage/Archer/Rogue/Pirate Set: These sets are comprised of armors. Wearing Lv. 110 Dragon Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves will activate a set effect.
6th Warrior/Mage/Archer/Rogue/Pirate Set: These sets are comprised of armors. Wearing Lv. 120 Eclectic Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves will activate a set effect.
7th Warrior/Mage/Archer/Rogue/Pirate Set: These sets are comprised of armors and weapons. Wearing Lv. 130 Muspell Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves, and Jaihin weapon will activate a set effect.
8th Warrior/Mage/Archer/Rogue/Pirate Set: These sets are comprised of armors and weapons. Wearing Lv. 140 Pensalir Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves, Capes will activate a set effect.
Necromancer Set: These sets are comprised of armors and weapons. Wearing Lv. 120 Necromancer Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves, and Necromancer Weapon will activate a set effect.
Royal Von Leon Set: These sets are comprised of armors and weapons. Wearing Lv. 130 Royal Von Leon Hat, Outfit, Shoes, Gloves, Capes, and the Royal Von Leon weapon will activate a set effect.
I've seen pensair Armour from dimensional pq, dragon set and necromancer set from hilla, and i suppose i find von leon set from LHC
but how do i find muspell and eclectic equip
also, does zero's pensailr scroll drop from monsters? does it even exist?

new item sets? does this mean they have a bonus stat set effects? or some animation when equipping all?
5th-8th sets are dropped by monsters with levels that are near to the equips levels.
Necromancer are dropped from Hilla.
Royal Von Leon can be obtain through the Von Leon coin shop by defeating Von Leon for his coins then purify them with purification totems to get Royal Von Leon coins.
I would go dipq if your looking for a lvl 140 set they are pretty easy to get there
any monster? so it drops from evo lab too?
If you can do MP Extreme. The Ecletric, Muspell and Pensalir are easy drops if you are in the level range.
edit: oops ecletric drops a lot in golden temple. Zak drops the new poisonic gear
1. Muspell drops from monsters around level 130
Eceletic drop from monsters around level 120
2. The Pensalir set does not require the weapon
