Whats better for armour
Hey, I'm a poor level 137 Buccaneer (9mil in pure mesos). My armours are 3% STR overall, 4% STR shoes, 10 all stats laurel with crappy pot, no gloves. What's better, that or the mesoranger set

Nice, but the hat and overall is 10 all stats and 3%str vs like 28 all stats and 10 attack, so that's a pushover. This is like 12 all stats and 4 ATk vs 4% str, so I'm not so sure if that set will be better than my sneakers
EDIT: Alright, so the overall and hat mesoranger was better, but the mesoranger shoes werent better.

Well, the easiest way to find out would be to just collect the Black mesorangers set and see if boosts your range or not. Although I believe your %STR will be better.
