Buying bahamut 20 mastery book

I'm getting tired of searching through the fm everyday and never finding it.
So i'm asking it here. (Not sure if it's allowed, so if it is not or not in the right section, then the mods will probaly just move or delete it.)

bahamut 20 is pretty uncommon to find in bera, i have the sp to max out my bahamut but i can't find the 20 book
They are not very common. Prices go from 500k-4 mil on fm. Or u can get Bahamut 30 from the special mastery book try give out in some events.
