Tyrant Charon Boots

I've recently gotten Tyrant Charon Boots. I haven't risked scrolling it or anything so I left a lucky-day scroll used on it. The potential is epic:
Magic DEF 6%
DEX 3%
Weapon DEF 3%
[Bonus] All Stats +3

Should I sell it like this, or should I buy some nx with mesos (I got some legit people) and cube it?

So it'll Probably go down in price when Unlimited comes because then people can kill Hard Magnus, but I can get nx right now, so should I cube it? (I can get about..... 13 super cubes right now). It's bowman boots
