So lvl 2 skills come at 120, on the person receiving the linked skill, or the character giving the linked skill?

@DerpTheHero She was listing the LEVEL TWO stats of each of the skills, which come about later down the road. These skills are correct.

I went straight from 27 all stats to 35 all stats, but not instantly; spent over 65k nx to get that core.

Level 2 link skills are automatically given at level 120, whereas the level 1 skills can be shared at level 70. The new job advancement requirements of 60/100 do not affect link skills.

CS: +15 all stat 5% HP/MP
Merc: 10% more exp, insta-tele to Elluel
DS: +10% Bossing dmg
Jett: Core Aura - random stats and (m)attack
Mihile: 100% stance for 90 sec (cooldown 180 seconds)
Luminous: 10% def ignore
UNRELEASED:
Kaiser: +10% HP
AB: +50% dmg for 15(?) seconds (cooldown of 90(?) sec)
Demonic Avenger: 10% dmg (I think)
Kanna: 10% dmg
Hayato: +10 stat, 5 att

Unfortunately, calling them Legend classes isn't appropriate either, because "Legend classes" refers to a specific group of classes that was released during the Legends update in GMS, specifically Cannoneer, Mercedes and Demon Slayer. This was also the patch that introduced Link Skills. The five heroes of Maplestory do not have link skills for each class, only ones designed after Mercedes (Aran and Evan don't have link skills, to be specific). Anyways, I will try to list the link skills of all current GMS classes to date. Here we go:

Cannoneer - +15 allstat, 5% HP and MP
Merc - 10% bonus exp (shows on a different line in exp rewards)
DS - 10% boss
Phantom - 10% crit rate
Mihile - Active skill giving 100% stance for 90 sec, 180 sec CD
Lumi - 10% PDR
Jett - randomized bonus stats

Kaiser and AB will each have Nova Link Skills.

Kaiser - 10% HP
AB - Active skill giving bonus damage to skills used. Not certain on the bonus %, time buff is active, or CD. This skill gets nerfed later.

It is unconfirmed at the moment whether regular link skills can be given to Nova classes when they come to GMS, though Nova Link Skills CAN be given to non-Nova classes.

Demon Slayer - Link Skill Fury Unleashed: 10% Extra Damage to Bosses.
Jett - Link Skill Core Aura: Adds random stats to STR/DEX/INT/LUK and WATT/MATT
Phantom - Link Skill Deadly Instinct: 10% more Critical Rate
Mikhail - Link Skill Guardian of Light: 100% Knockback Resist for 90 seconds. Cooldown 180 seconds.
Luminous - Link Skill Permeate: 10% PDR (PDR = Physical Defense Reduction or in easier terms: Ignore %Defense of mobs)
Kaiser - Link Skill Iron Will: 10% Extra HP
Angelic Burster - Link Skill Soul Contract: Next 10 seconds attacks deal an extra 50% damage. Cooldown 90 seconds.
