NEU is a new addition to Pokemon Online's tiers, and is one step below NU. I'm deciding on playing this tier because I'm really mad at the fact that Sawks keep outspeeding my Guts Ursaring. So, here it is. Help me improve and whatever.

Avarice (Rapidash) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)

- Baton Pass
- Protect
- Flame Charge
He's my starting Pokemon. Basically, all he does is Baton Pass speed boosts from Flame Charge.

Dreamer (Ursaring) (M) @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Facade
- Earthquake
- Crunch

Receives the speed boosts and sweeps. Facade for most things. Earthquake > other fighting moves for the steels and rocks that resist Facade. Seriously. Brick Break is only good in the screen situation, Close Combat lowers the defenses, Focus Punch needs focus, Cross Chop has lower accuracy, and Hammer Arm lowers speed. He'll Crunch for the very few ghosts in NEU. Roar because stallers are annoying. [b]GUTS NEGATES BURN'S DAMAGE LOWERING[/b].

Roulette (Seviper) (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Shed Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Sludge Wave
- Giga Drain
- Flamethrower
- Dark Pulse
This is my favorite special sweeping set for Seviper. Sludge Wave for STAB, Giga Drain for ground-types and healing, Dark Pulse for Psychics, and Flamethrower because it's a good special move.

Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 180 HP / 148 Def / 180 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Thunder Wave
- Hyper Voice / Heal Bell
Cleric. Hyper Voice may be good to prevent total movepool lock while taunted, and Dreamer and Roulette don't really need it. But, I might need it for the other Pokemon.

Trait: Pressure
EVs: 76 HP / 252 Def / 180 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

Whale stalling. Wailord may not have great defenses, but like Blissey he has a wonderful HP stat to use. Heck, his defenses are better than Blissey's.

Trait: Simple
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Stored Power
- Air Slash
- Heat Wave / Giga Drain
Taking advantage of Simple is fun. Calm Mind + Stored Power would be my main thing, but I need help on this one. I'm not sure if I should go with Heat Wave or Giga Drain for the last attack. Heat Wave is stronger and has always been a favorite of mine despite the lower accuracy. Giga Drain, however, allows Sheila to heal.

Avarice should be able to take Shedinja down while building some speed if it's first in the line up like usual.

The Pokemon Online defualt room uses PO tiers, so I'm sticking to that. Golem is NU, and Swellow is LU. Swellows won't be coming, and Golems aren't allowed. Can't use it.
Avarice the Rapidash is there mainly to get some speed up for Ursaring while killing the little bugs that run around NEU. This is the tier where all those Beedrills and Ariadoses you decided to run from live.
I do need some rock-type in there, since it is a useful typing. However, I've already got every type aside from flying that's weak to rock covered. Most flying-types in NEU should be able to fall to Facade.
I'm not sure what exactly is in the tier, but I would opt for swords dance since you don't need anymore coverage moves :]

I would replace roar on ursaring for something else the negative priority doesn't go well with a frail sweeper like him
