How do you brush your teeth
I start with my teeth clenched, and start brushing on the left side for 30 seconds, then in the middle for 30 seconds, and then right side for 30 seconds. After that, I open my teeth and start brushing on the lower left side, to the lower middle, to the lower right, up to the upper right, to the upper middle, and finally the upper left. The end.

I take them out and let it sit on the efferdent solution.
First i put toothpaste on the tooth brush.
