Summoning rock quests guide

The information I am about to give is based on the information I gathered while looking around basil and sleepy.
- Need to complete all Alcaster quests that are under lv 66

Pretty sure a lot of those quests aren't necessary.
I think you just need to do the Book of Ancient chain quest (really long, pain in the arse). After that, there's another quest that calls for a star rock and dark crystal (I think). Do that too and you should be able to buy s rocks from Alcaster.
