Question about potential
So I have this "GM" glove. The ones that have durability on them and say at the the bottom, something like, 'has a 100% chance to obtain potential-tier' or something like that. It's only 2lines though. If I cube it, would it ever become 3lines? Also, what cubes should I be using on this glove?
