Had a chance to go over to crushs house, didnt take it
I was invited to my long time crush's house for 4th of july, except i decided to stay home. Now, before you guys go homophobia on me, id like to say it was going to only be us two and if it was a "just friends" thing that would be a waste of a 4th of july that couldve been spent with my family. After disussing this with my bros, they all said i missed mu chance. Was there something between the lines? Should i have gone?

I don't see that if it would have been a friend like thing she would have invited you and not a few people or a girl. Could be she wanted to be alone with you and you pretty much missed the chance. When a girl lets her guard down like that and you're sincerely interested you should go
Depends on you, I am a family person, or maybe that is just because I have a family of over idk 10billion people, seriously though, my 4th of july was at the beach with the family, always the best imo rather at a girl's house that I like/love...

At least you spent some time with family. I know I was happy as hell having my partner with me while celebrating 4th of July with my family.
I know it sounds like an introvert's opinion, but i meant staying with my family and eating, etc with them
