Is this a good Endgame Katara ?

I'm completely unfunded.
Also if it isn't for how much could I get a better katara than this ?

to me thats heavily funded lol =P
pretty good for an endgame... I made one with +3 that had 80 atk, 6 slots hammered... but for the average player, that's definitely a good katara

However for unfunded, that's pretty great. If you can get nx you should cube it though.
