Big Bang is a complete overhaul of every class, skill, monster, map, etc. etc. etc. coming out in the next patch alongside the christmas event.
The reorganization patch is more akin to the Adventurer rebalancing patch from several months ago. It simply buffs up some classes made underpowered (compared to other classes) after the Big Bang.
Reorganization sort of fixes the flaws Big Bang had but with classes. Flaws that made one class too strong or still too strong and not balance or a class that was too weak like Arans and made them strong so everybody is now balanced. Who knows though. There might be more updates on it and such.

So, when big bang patch comes along i'll be weak? and i'll have to wait a long while until I get stronger skills? That sucks I wish they just waited and made the reorganization patch and BB patch like the same.
No, they are not. The reorganisation patch comes some time after the BBP and is a lot like the "Return of the Explorers" event.
From what I understand, the Big Bang patch is a big change-up of how MS works. Monster levels are moved around, new skills are added, some new classes appear, etc. The Reorganization patch is another, separate patch that changes even more stuff (re-balancing classes, I think).
