So I finished the first prequest with a friend and when we go out I get no fire ore and my friend does ;D nexoned?

Yup what above posters said. Your party leader must leave the PQ last in order for everyone to get the fire ore.
wht the 2 smart guys said above me the leader needs to exit last for the pty members to get the ore

I've been doing normal zak and I don't see a bug

or you could solo it? just use a youtube guide if you dont know the route (for stage1). If its for stage 2 (jump quest) i've never actually tried doing it in a party so idk.
