I've been treated awfully and great by like every race I can think of, so IDK.
Whites are on the bottom, but whites are also near the top.
Blacks are on the bottom, but blacks are also near the top.

The high school me would have put Asians on top because I was in a a clique based on race and was ridiculously biased. My experience since then is that there are kind people from every race (and I can't even begin to rank them).
