@superdada2 evans are not effected by weapon speed (or we just attack so fast it negates weapon speed ) spell booster give clear attack speed boost were weapons dont i could be using a slowest weapon vs fastest weapon (if i could find a wand/staff of thos speeds) and they would seem same speed

Go with ele staff? Tradable if u ever want to switch character

I personally just went with full empress, because all I really care is to cap on bosses. A perfect 20%ed and 12 EE empress staff/wand and 20% int or so will lead you to hitting cap on all crit, add 50% or so and you'll 100% hit cap on any bosses.

@Raskler It's 163m.atk base for average..

@Raskler: yup, if he can cap...none of these calcs even matter. is full set or Empress better of mix in Tyrant? do you hit cap? yes? then doesn't matter! don't switch! XP
would probably be a better question to ask if it was an I/L since Evans cap more easily. but EStaves would be 10% boost at that point

but don't forget about the 5% Boost in the first place!

@Raskler I did say when comparing 7 set to 6 set + Estaff, did I not? the line right after
if we're comparing GM scrolled for both then your pt about the extra int is moot. if we're talking about Duped EStaffs, then that's way more Matk then the INT can manage. you said 15-17 matk worth? duped will have more. I'm not even pushing for him to get a duped one (since non-duped will be better anyways).

so how much would a 244 estaff be?
and would a 269 m.att empress wand with 35%boss, 30% pdr and 9% total dmg worth 8bil?
i prob wouldnt afford the top/bot though

@king2123 that wasn't even his question. also like other person mentione....wrong for Evan and Lumi. Evans have Blaze and FW and EQ >_> Lumi uses Shining Rods

OT: with 7 set, EStaff is always better because of higher base (especially duped ones since those are scrolled +7 unless you can Pink Scroll the Empress as well)
when comparing 7 set to 6 set + Estaff.

ONLY BaM AND F/P's Explosion even consider weapon speed in their attack speed. Mages use CAST Speed. doesn't matter that Estaves are fast while DT is Slow.

F/P arch mage - Ele staff 5 or 6
I/L arch mage - Ele staff 7 or 8
BaM - any Ele staff (wont include elemental penalty)
Evan - Ele staff 5 or 6 but i prefer a Empress staff for them cause they dont really benefit from a ele staff 5 or 6 except for Dragon breath.
Luminous - Empress staff

BTW m.atk 244 ele staff in Scania is 1.6 bill or something
