UE exploit. You could make any UE with any hair/eyes you wanted, for free, by using a hack.
Its from the UA exploit thing ages ago. end of story.
I like how the top replies are girls with Odd Eye.

It is a [b]Hacked[/b] UA.
Evidence :
possibly Unknown Cygnus medal.
Level 50 (meaning it was a mule waiting until the Ua Exploitation was over)
Those eyes are Not out yet in GMS ( Male version) ( trust me, I view all the allstar/royal eye each release)
No recent all star/ royal sale.
Funny name.

No one is seriously listening to the possible real answer here..
... guys, you do realize:
1) there's a male version on bannedstory meaning IT EXISTS
2) if you use a royal ticket when an event has ended, you are able to get ANY royal hairstyle/face in the database, including unreleased ones and ones that were obtainable during the UA exploit.
First of all, it's the exploited UA in which he got the hair and eyes before they were released and now that hair is released, but those eyes for boys have not. This is the logical solution because back then there was a breakout of UA exploiting and they could make whatever eyes and hair was released in KMS.
It's on the April Fool's Hair event, but not listed for girls. This leads to a few possibilities:
1. We all are hallucinating
2. Hacked in some sort of way
3. Photoshopped

To be honest, I think you used bannedstory or you were on a Pizza Slice. You cut off the name and almost the entire map and left a square about the size of my thumbnail.
Edit: The new SS you posted made it clearer. I have no idea how the hair is like that. Weird eyes do [b]NOT[/b] exist for males yet.
