Need some info on Lucid Dreaming
Just saw a vid on Lucid Dreaming (By AsapScience). Looks cool, but freaky at the same time. Especially that W.I.L.D. thing, which i am NOT willing to try, but M.I.L.D. looks like something I would give a shot. SO, I have two questions.
Has anyone ever done it?
If done frequently, will I start lacking in the ability to distinguish between reality and dreams?

if you try to lucid and you fail you go into sleep paralysis.
if that happens, you're not going to have a good time.
lol dreaming..
you always wake up when the good part happens
Am I the only one that could never do a w.i.l.d?
I can't just stay still for half an hour. Even if I try, I eventually have to swallow my spit with my throat or something. Plus I'd rather have that extra half hour of sleep. Feels pretty damn good in the morning
I don't know, if I did it, I would feel as if I am changing the way of how things "go".
It would feel like as if I am shifting some kind of balance between human and something more...
I may just sound as if I am just trying to sound smart, but that is not the case. I just find this concept a bit supernatural.
Does nobody else?
One time I had a dream I was in the mass effect universe
but then they told me to wake up
i was like
"okay"
I sometimes control my dreams, but I usually don't even know I'm asleep. It hits me hard when I wake up.
I'm not gunna lie, this stuff really freaks me out
The only time i can actually control is when i'm being chased by a monster and am in a dead end.
I remember that i'm in a dream and i don't know how but force myself to open my eyelids with my hands.
it's hard. I always end up waking up.
