Can I gain muscles from my work? Read pls

Hey guys, I started work like a week ago great pay!
anyway, it's a work that requires me to be on my feet for many hours 7-10.
Basically my job involves a lifting boxes put them on my trolley max-30kgs at a time and then give the trolley to people who weighs it.
So we get like 2 breaks and if busy we get 3 and I get hungry af in those break due to the amount of lifting and brisk walking I do.
my question is "If I eat food rich in protein during my lunch break would it be possible to gain muscles?"
Thanks.

You lose weight when you do hardcore physical labor like that. If you want to retain muscles out of it, you have to eat. A lot. Now the difference between eating to put on muscle vs eating to become a fata@ss is different. Stay away from processed and high sugar foods. You want foods higher in protein and believe it or not, when on your feet good carbs (not refined crap) will be your best short and long term source of energy. Also, you want some fruits for recovery/ energy purposes. As expected, you want a healthy amount of veges too. Fats will be good in that it will act as a buffer instead of you burning off your muscle and consuming the right amount of good fats (unsaturated non transfats) keeps you happy/ functioning at a normal rate. Everything should be consumed in moderation. try to avoid processed foods (anything frozen/ prepared) as well as food high in refined sugar (anything with high amounts of sugar that isn't a fresh fruit).

its not hard hard work mang, its mainly long hours that gets tiring.
I have a pretty toned physique since I used to work out but of course I couldn't stick to it.
P.S that's what I meant like gain a little but little by little overtime would become more noticeable?
do you know what I mean? like i'll be happy even if its slow gain but builds up overtime.

@BoredAF mang I am not trying to make you mad by being one of those people who think that lifting for a week is nuff.
my curiosity is real, but I do get what you mean, also, functional muscles o.o?

DON'T GET ME WRONG! I mean there are days where its long hours and there are days when its heavy lifting
let's say I work 5 days a week, these 5 days 2 could be heavy lifting(~7 hours) 3 could be long hours (~11 hours) or could be 1 day heavy lifting 4 days long hours
its just random.
