Oh, how I wish that I could get that price on a mage cape or shoulder...
I doubt they will be affected much. Seems like the drop rate is 1/600 boxes or something >.<
They actually went up. The prices went down a few days before May 16th in anticipation that empress would be common like tempest items, but after people discovered that empress comes from boxes in probably 1 in every 1000 boxes, the prices went back to around their orginial prices.

The sad thing is that Baselards are almost twice as expensive now. :c

nope the empress prices will be the same if drop rates are so low
empress will be affected alot if the drop rates were like the tempest items
