If you had to loose ONE of your five senses

Which would it be?
I, personally, would lose my sight. Of course, this would have to be after I find the love of my life, but after I find her, eff seeing!

First of all, there are more then five senses.

Secondly, i'd rather lose all other senses before my sight

Lastly, i'd probably choose to lose my sense of smell (I can barely smell anyway)

Probably taste, but I'd like a trial period before losing it.

Well, since I don't feel like arguing about how many senses a normal human being has, I'll just say that I'd lose my sense of smell, as I'm already lacking it.

Now that I think of it, I think I would loose smell. Life would be better without it. No more fart smells.

Sight - I want to see the world!
Taste - I can't loose my food!
Hearing - My Music!
Touch - I'm sorry, but I don't think we could live without touch

I would give up sight. Eyes are very deceptive and very unreliable.

Assuming that my other senses (i.e taste) isn't affected by loss of smell.

I use sight and hearing too much to give those up. I couldn't imagine what it would be like if I wasn't able to feel when someone was touching me or something.
And I love the taste of food too much to give that up. Hahaha.[/quote]

Not smart. The perceived taste of an object has a lot to do with smell. Next time you eat, close you nose while you're chewing. Trust me, you'll barely taste a thing.

@ChickenOnRice: Haha. But at least you can eat all healthy stuff and be healthy

I couldn't loose taste. Food is one of my only pleasures in life ):

Taste, no need to eat fatty foods for the deliciousness.
Just eat carrots and water and stuff, tasteless.

@Misunderstood: I did not know that. Well the more the merrier!

@Gemeinhardt : Actually, smell and taste are closely linked together. Have you noticed that the smell things smell like taste like the smell? This is why people hold their nose when eating nasty things. Just a random fun fact

EDIT: didnt read that ".ie" thing well yeah...
