Hero skill updates

Anyone have any notes on what skills are getting buffed/nerfed in the upcoming future for Heros?

With good control (and a little luck) we can do pretty good. We don't have much in the way of defense or mobility but once we get all our Orbs (of Doom) we can destroy people pretty easily and coupling that with a stun (stationary target and activates Chance Attack) pretty much guarantees a kill. So we can certainly hold our own but the lack of defensive skills and the need to gather orbs can make it hard if you don't have good control, get unlucky, or are facing too many mobile characters.

@FireBoy67: The effect should still be halved on bosses but since the CD didn't change it is as you said perma darkness (although Panic only has a 90% chance of success so more like 90-92% darkness because of the overlap).
