well actually the ticketing system has been improved, and the majority of my tickets were closed within a day (yes closed, because they dont even reply to them now, that was after like 10 tickets), theres still one or two tickets which havent been responded for a week or so but still

Well see there's your problem. You have no way of knowing what went on while you were afk, they could have partied a hacker and you'd be none the wiser. GM's ban people for being in a party with a hacker so you'd have to convince them you didn't know. It's a 30 day ban though, so they might not even respond until after your ban is lifted.

look i dont think nexon is the greatest but even if they wanted to they dont have the man power to deal with appeals process no matter how many people complain about false bans
tickets take months to answer as it is imagine if there was appeal process introduced its just not happening

@iplayfor4fun: well they mentioned it in a maintenance like 1/2 weeks ago but they didnt do it right

well its scania its overpopulated
i got 30 day banned like 3 weeks ago, and didnt leech from hacker, it was a false ban
yes, there might be people claiming to be false banned when they did leech from hackers but thats not me

That happened to me yesterday night. I was training, yes, training not leeching like other motha forks. Did not had a hacker in our party. However, hacker was in same map with other party. GM with ugly green face appeared and dc'd everyone. I tried logging back in.
BAM! 1 week ban

being on Scana and seeing hackers in every channel and leechers in every HoH map benefiting from hackers I find it hard to believe you but that doesn't mean im right
either way Im sure ton of those leechers and hackers will post so have no doubt many others are getting 30 day ban and theres no way to reverse it

Edit: I wasnt pointing fingers I meant in general and I dont care if your banned but I do care to post BURN when I see a ban topic that doesnt mean I care that your banned
I'm one of a few people that is legit im not the virus you are and any leecher/hacker that abuse in this game stop trying to justify it

I made a ticket but wasn't sure if this was happening to anyone else, so therefore, that is why I asked basil.

you cant just assume everyone who is banned has done something illegal, i was banned while training at sh there where only 2 ppl at that moment in the map, neither of us were using hacks, i still got banned. it is an auto ban because there was not message at all, i just dced and got banned, nexon said it was an autoban.

i didnt say they didnt exist, they do, but they dont do the autobans, they are automatic.

if your not going to contribute in any way please just dont post

7-8 years of playing and you still dont know how nexon is? they dont even investigate, its an autoban system, no gm gives the ban
