How much do Rising Sun pendant/belt/ring recipes go for?

Do not use this method. Ever since the tempest shoulders came out these are practically worthless. A tempest shoulder is around 30m clean and just to make things short, it would cost waaaay more to make than what you can sell it for. If you have a rising sun belt, ring, or pendant recipe i recommend you use it on that. Those will bring you a good 300m+
I think it's best to save gallant medals to buy the rising sun rings or the face paint and sell, I'm not entirely sure, though.
Love letters are 10-15 mil.
