Maple Riddles purely for your enjoyment

Since others were making Maple Riddles, I figured I might as well.

[b] Riddle 10 (Monster): [/b]
I am utterly crazy.
I have the deranged look in my yellow eyes.
When you fight me, I cannot often defeat you, but I can soften you up.
Defeat me, and I swear, you will die to my superior.

[b] Riddle 11 (Item): [/b]
I am a pure legend.
When wielded, I can easily kill monsters, even in the hands of a noob.
You will fear me if I am upgraded to my full potential.
I am so powerful, I no longer exist.

[b] Riddle 1 (Monster): [/b]
Noobs cowered in fear as I dealt my heavy damage
You could see the graves falling onto the grounds
Now I am nothing, treated as a ghost
And my terrorism base is nonexistant.

[i] Hint 1: This monster is low-leveled. [/i]
[i] Hint 2: The word "grounds" is a key element to this riddle that leads to being able to solve this riddle. [/i]
[i] Hint 3: Old Maplers, or Maplers from before Big Bang, would know what this is if they knew the answer. [/i]
[i] Hint 4: Still? The map it was well-known on no longer exists. [/i]
[i] Hint 5: Once again, "grounds" is a key word. [/i]

Answer: Green Mushroom (Solver: @torch15)
Back before Big Bang, when [b] Henesys Hunting [i] Grounds [/i] [/b] was still here, Green Mushrooms killed noobs with its high damage (80+ I believe). Now, HHG1 no longer exists, which explains the last line.

[b] Riddle 2 (Class): [/b]
They only want me for my abilities.
They treat me like an object.
I long for the day where the tables are turned.

Answer: Bishop (Solver: @UAHeroV)
Bishops are wanted for HS and Adv Bless, and normally are treated as buffers, not attackers. Bishops long for a revamp for power.

[b] Riddle 3 (Skill): [/b]
When I use this skill, a monster dies.
One shocking consequence for its friends
is that they die as well.

Answer: Chain Lightning (Solver: @UAHeroV)
Chain Lightning hits the monster in front and causes a chain where the other monsters behind it die as well. Shocking was the key word.

[b] Riddle 4 (Monster): [/b]
I used to be the strongest monster
killing even the most skilled Maplers.
Now I am a snail
killed in only 5 seconds.
My pride has crumbled into gravel.

Answer: Zakum (Solver: @Mhmmmm)
Zakum used to be the strongest monster in the game, where it took parties of 30 or more to be able to kill it faster, and even then lots of people died. Now, some extremely funded people in certain classes (Angelic Burster) can solo it within seconds. Crumbled into gravel was a key phrase, since Zakum is made up of stone.

[b] Riddle 5 (Monster): [/b]
In my prime I killed noobs everywhere
and caused thousands more to cower in fear.
They ran indoors hoping I would go away.
Now the tables have turned, and I am old
and I rarely appear.
Whenever I do, nobody cowers in fear
as they kill me so easily.

Answer: Crimson Balrog (Solver: @UAHeroV and @Mhmmmm)
Crimson Balrog appeared on the ship ride to Orbis or from Orbis, and noobs went indoors in the cabin to hide. Many noobs were easily killed. Now, Crimson Balrog rarely appears, and when it does appear, it is killed easily.

[b] Riddle 6 (Monster): [/b]
I used to be very unpopular
only trained on by certain classes
But everything changed
and I could only laugh at the thought of victims.

Answer: Twister Jesters (Solver: @Splutter)
Twisted Jester back then were not that popular; often only Arans trained on them. After Big Bang, it became one of the most popular training spots. When you see Jesters, they laugh at you, so that was the key for the last line.

[b] Riddle 7 (Player): [/b]
I used to be one of the best
everybody held such respect for me.
However I was brutally murdered
and everybody treats me like a martyr.
(NOT AN NPC! SORRY FOR THE CONFUSION)

Answer: Tiger (Curryishott is an acceptable answer) (Solver: @torch15)
Tiger was #1 on Maple Ratings long ago, but was banned for something. Everybody holds him in high respect. Curryishott experienced the same thing.

[b] Riddle 8 (Item): [/b]
Noobs felt proud after defeating a demon
but they have to deal with a stronger foe.
In order to do so
they must complete a tedious quest.
Hours and hours spent
just to get lil' ol' me.
And they only use me for one map.

Answer: Wild eye's gas mask (Solver: @DinnerSword)
After defeating the demon (i.e. Mages->Marbas), you had to fight Astaroth, the [b] [i] stronger foe [/i] [/b]. Getting the mask required getting Evil Eyes, which were a rare drop from Evil Eyes. This quest, thus, took a long time. You then get this mask, only to use to get past the gas chamber.

[b] Riddle 9 (Item): [/b]
I used to be the best item around
you could only get me from completing arduous tasks.
Now it is so easy to get me
nobody cares anymore.
They'd rather get my twin,
with much more bling.
Even my effect
won't get you to buy me.

Answer: Zakum Helm (Solver: @ryuushinou)
Before Big Bang, you only could get a Zakum Helm from defeating Zakum yourself; you couldn't buy it. Now, you could buy it or solo Zakum, since both are considerably easier. Also, most people prefer the more-uber Chaos Zakum Helm, which looks exactly the same as a Zakum Helm. The effect part was to make sure that Horntail Pendant was not put as the answer.
