Nlc Under Attack - Releasing the captives
I'm at the part of the quest line where I need to release the captives from the alien prison cells or whatever they are... But when I talk to the captives it tells me to hit CTRL rapidly to break the lock and nothing happens. The cinematic bars pop up when they talk, and when it tells me to hit ctrl. I'm unable to move until my character eventually says "You will not beat me lock. Must.. Smash.. Faster..."
Does my character go through the action of attacking the lock, or does it just unlock it after you push it fast enough? I know I'm pushing ctrl fast enough too because I can't possibly push it faster, my regular attack key is set to ctrl, and I've tried both the left and right ctrls, on 2 keyboards.. So I don't know what I'm missing or what is wrong.
Help?

Haha wow, Can't believe that worked... I don't know how you discovered this or if you didn't, whoever did discover this is a genius...
If you have a problem as I described in my post just do this and it will let you attack the prison cell.
Apple computer w/ the program that lets you use windows programs?
When you tap Ctrl you should see your character swinging as if they were attacking something.
You're probably not doing it because Ctrl is your attack key?
tap ctrl fast so you can beat it
