So far I've watched Princess Lover, Kiss x Sis, Seitokai no Ichizon, and DearS.

Princess Lover was interesting in the beginning, but the ending was disappointing.
Kiss x Sis was probably my favorite of them all.
Seitokai no Ichizon has no plot, but every episode is funny and I enjoy their references to different anime.
DearS is what I'm watching at the moment.

Isekai no Seikishi Monogatari if you want a harem that has a main character who can actually fight. Unlike 90% of other harem anime that has a useless protagonist.

HOTD is actually really good ;p

if you're looking for the more recent ones, Haiyore! Nyaruko-San ticks most of the boxes

First if you have read the light novels then you would know the answer. Campione! with Goudou having 5+ women liking him isn't a harem?(Little sister, Erica,Yuri, Lilianna, Ena, Yuri's sister, and the girl campione) Has ecchi moments...many.
Accel World, same thing. Haru had a couple times for an opportunity to get laid with his women. His harem is (Kuroyukihime, Niko, Fuuko, Ash Roller's controller, Ardor Maiden and more) Has some ecchi moments
SAO, not very ecchi but harem. All the girls in the volumes likes kirito(Asuna, Lizbet, Sinon, Silica, his little sister)

LOL what. I don't watch harem / ecchis to fulfill my erotic needs. I watch them simply because they can be funny (Rosario Vampire) and have action in them (Sekirei / HOTD). And I honestly like the plots on all of the ones I've watched! Except Yosuga no Sora, I dropped that. Incest is indeed disturbing. o.o

EDIT: Guy below me, haha really? :O Yosuga is the only one I've seen with incest, but I'm trying to prove a point that watching ecchi anime isn't pathetic. There are sub-genres on these anime people! For instance, Rosario Vampire and Sekirei contain comedy, and action. As for H.O.T.D, there are zombies for christ sakes.

Well here is my list that I have seen:
Nyan Koi (There's a crush, big-breasted childhood friend, a cougar with large assets, and twins)
Kiss x Sis (Twin step-sisters hungry for some borderline incest)
Infinite Stratos (A guy going to an all girls school and being hit on by British, French, German, Japanese, and Chinese girls)
MM! (Guy is a masochist and the girls all find a way to beat him because they're either a sadist or androphobic)
Zero no Tsukaima/ZnT (This has 4 seasons and with each passing season the harem-ness increases tenfold)

The ones I'm currently watching:
Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate (Fairly innocent and nothing extreme so far. It's only on the 2nd episode so I don't know but wouldn't hurt to try out)
Dakara Boku wa, H ga Dekinai (Also on 2nd episode but it's basically Highschool DxD but with only one demon. It shows nudity and the guy is an extreme pervert who doesn't mind telling everyone about it)

Out of the ones I finished Nyan Koi and ZnT are the only ones with a decently mediocre story. ZnT is fairly good season 1 and 2 but 3 and 4 are purely fan service. The most harem-containing animes would probably be ZnT (season 3/4) and Infinite Stratos. Go nuts.

rosario + vampire, anime sucks, but manga hella good

i say go infinite stratos. decent action and a harem to die for.
