Should I go REG Dex or LOW Dex?
I was thinking of making a Sin in Scania, but I need some help as I have no idea when to cap my dex if I'm going Low Dex.
I hear that Low Dex - > Dexless after Big Bang because of potentials and the new accuracy formula.
Anyways, when should I cap my dex, or is this based on my funding.
If it's about my funding than:
I honestly don't have much, I just started in Scania.
So, to sum it up, my main question is. As being kind of unfunded is it still possible to go LOW Dex or is REG Dex my only pathway?

You should cap your base DEX based on your funding, which relates to the amount of DEX you get on your equipment. You also have to take into account a higher-leveled claw you would most likely use in your late 3rd job, whether that would be the Red Craven (140 DEX req) or the Reverse Lampion (160 DEX req), both standard end-game claws people use.
Anyway, you have lots of time to build up your DEX equipment as you're starting from scratch; surely you're not going to level to Lv. 100 in a week, are you? Start looting mesos if you haven't already, conserve on potions, sell valuable questing rewards, and have mules that you can store ores/elixirs/other stuff for later sale.
Summary: Yes, it's possible; you'll just have to make more of an effort. By the way, out of all the worlds, why Scania, I would have picked a less busier server...
