So, this just happened

Basically I was just going in to show a returning friend the Root Abyss bosses. I went in with him and a few randoms I got from ch1, and I didn't expect to kill 'em really. The randoms didn't last long, and my mate actually ended up DC'ing, lol. So I just kind of had an "lol, let's try anyway" moment. I easily kept him on the black clocks so time wasn't an issue.... until 60 minutes later, at ~10% hp (sound about right?), he stopped casting the clocks and started doing that knock-back move. I had 5 minutes on the clock when he stopped casting the time spells. I kept going anyway and that's what happened.

@lmm616: I was definitely doing enough damage to be able to kill him... if he hadn't knocked me back so much. =/ I wasted like 2 minutes total from being knocked back so many times. If I would have been able to avoid even just a handful more of those attacks, I could have done it.
Time hit 0 when the boss had like 2% HP.
BUMMER.
Same here. You and me have this similarity where we lack the damage output to kill Von Bon when he has 10% hp left. Therefore we can't solo him. Sucks to suck!
