Greed pendant is from MPE Rhino bosses. I suggest going on your linkskill mules which are hopefully all level 120 and just do mpe daily. Depending on your fundings on mules, it may take 1-5 minutes to kill enough bosses to activate the bosses. I think it took me 15 runs to get the rhino to drop the greed pendant. Hope this helps!
drop buffs can get from events, some from past events are tradable so try your luck in FM.
Greed Pendants usually drop from bosses from Monster Park Extreme. Level 70-140 characters can get three tickets daily.
