So I've decided to play on my Phantom again and they changed it so you can't steal skills inside the FM rooms, so where is the best place to steal skills?

LHC/popular training maps in general.
Monster Park Channel 9 =)
Go to FM, avoid the first few channels because there are usually stores and not people with permits
El Nath Market on Channel1 typically has lots of AFK people.
Or maybe that's just Bera, iunno.
Fm channel one first few rooms. Also check out ardentmill channel one. Bustling with people extracting nexons treasure island stupidity.

OT: Ardentmill, Ch 1 Henesys, Ch 1 Leafre, and usually around LHC you'll find adventurers here and there.
Henesys seems to be the most successful though... always rely on the henehoes.

you can steal skills in the fm rooms, i copied a lot of skills a few days ago
Btw is stealing from Bishops bugged right now? Or did they do that so we can't get HS anymore.
Really? That's dumb. Probably popular training maps. Jesters and aliens for low lvls and LHC and SH for other skills. You should ser most jobs flow through at some point and if you have friends that's the best source. I let people take skills from any of my chars.
