Oh I think I read that question wrong. Anyway I know you said you did find the answers for day 5 and 10 but you didn't receive the letter. Anyway your glitch is that your day 5 and 10 didn't get counted. The space in the BMOS Password is there because the Clue isn't found, that is normal.

Try to use a different browser like the above poster said.

Someone said this happened to them and it showed correctly when they tried a different browser.

Look at my message, it says at the bottom of the "BMOS Clues Solved" that I finished it -- highlighted in yellow for days 5 and 10.
