16 attack Polax Hat
Hi, I just upgraded a Black Polax Hat (lv 100 pirate hat) to 16 attack, then I used the 5 enhancement scroll on it, which didn't change the attack but just added some other stats.
It's 27 str and 17 dex, it has a 3L epic pot and a bonus pot. Here's a screenie of it~

Yeah, I figured. Someone had just told me wrong information the other day about other equipment adding attack thanks~
