Evan and Aran Cards

Why do people say these cards are so good when they have a 1 minute cooldown? I keep hearing that an evan card will fix your MP woes but when I finally made one and found out it had a 1 minute cooldown, I was dissapointed.

Then is the cooldown like not what it says? like it's a misprint?

@tsubasa128 If you do enough damage, you never need pots while training, even in SH and LHC.

@tsubasa128: Well I have max magic defense (easy for most Evans), though my physical defense is somewhere around 4000. I don't think that's all too high.

@Skyenets: Your gear is probably loaded with defense. An unfunded player like myself constantly needs to use pots for dragon fury in lhc/stronghold.
It's really quite useful. If you have the warrior's feat card set, with the aran/evan card, you would use very little amount of pots, until lhcing and bossing.
No matter where I go, I hardly ever use potions. I seriously need to make myself an Aran for the card.

I don't have an Aran card, but the Evan card is amazing. I don't need to use an MP pot unless I get 1/1.

Aren't all card effects passive? How is there a cooldown?
