Yeah it's some weird glitch. At least we can still use the skill, I just don't think it can be raised until the glitch is fixed (can't confirm since mine is already maxed).

its a glitch if you dont have all auras alrdy at lvl 10 (advanced blue is the only exception) happened to one of my BaMs so i gave up and made another
