Did anyone actually buy the lvl up cards?

If so did this make your life easier. Are you ashamed to buy it? Did you buy it because you were lazy? Did you lose your touch of training in any map when there were partys everywhere instead of those pqs?
I respect your opinion. Of course, not everyone enjoys new classes and content(I mostly do, 'cause it usually means more variation in playing styles, or content, which usually involves helping me get better gear for my unfunded characters, not that any of them are really lol).
1. Yes, I agree, they take a while to fix some bugs. Better late than never.
2. Some classes are strong at one subject, some at another. Then, there are those who are very well rounded/strong. Although, if you were playing a weak class, and someone in your party was using a strong class, assuming this is at LHC, wouldn't this be benefiting you? In some other cases this would work against you, but I can't really say anything here.
3. They're maing bosses with higher health. Jobs will get revamps to improve their damage so they can face off again stronger bosses. Stronger bosses=Higher damage cap
4. Yes they need to make better challenges, however, getting to level 200 is still big for me(been playing for about 9 and 1/2 months, and only got to level 146, with breaks of course. I guess after 6 or 7 years of MapleStory, the level cap of 200 would get easier to get to.
5. I agree, while hackers are still a large part of the community, they're getting better at banning them(they show some of the names of the banned people sometimes in game). Hopefully, in the future, they'll outright ban hackers on the spot when they see them(more GMs maybe?).

Hope you like the points.

@solaris9145 I think I read somewhere that these coupons don't work for Cygnus Knights or Mihiles.
-Edit: Here it is: "Keep in mind that you'll still have to assign SP and do job advancements. Also, keep in mind that Cygnus Knight characters (including Mihile) cannot be made with these coupons.".

I know. Those however, are smaller in numbers than people who can't get to level 200 in a day. I know some people who can't get past level 60 in a day of training(with a few breaks, 'cause then I get tired of staring at the computer screen). /Ashamed of myself
Lol. 5 years ago if you said you got to 146 in 9 months, you would be...tiger. (make that 6 years ago) you aren't supposed to be able to reach a cap xD I got my sair to 150 within a week of creation. a corsair. an explorer. there were level 200 mercs, cs's, and demon slayers within the first 24 hours of their existence. I understand easing up on your target audience (younger kids), but hitting the level cap in any other major mmo isn't hard, it's impossible. xD and classes need to be nerfed. that's nexon's biggest problem, all they do is buff. sure they get slight nerfs every once in awhile, but later on- more buffs. i play a bowmaster. on a scale of 1 to 10, we get a 5 in bossing and a -10 in mobbing. i am level 200. unbalanced classes benefit me in no way what-so-ever lol

I didn't buy one, but they should map adding SP and AP more convenient.
To begin with, the up button to adding a certain sp and ap has a delay. And when you need to put in more than 300 of 'em...

They should make it like the friendship points of Red Leaf High; once you have more than 6 remaining points, you can input a number.
@xoxoSakura, leech is wayyyyyyy cheaper than $10.

@BlazinBlood, ^. $10 is like 500m... It doesn't take 500m to leech to lvl 100.
Forgot to factor in cost. Ugh, hate myself. Although, I know some people who've been scammed a lot from leeching(the circumstances would have to be really stacked up against you though for it to add up to 500 mill). Just look at my first post from page one, edit #2.
your argument is flawed. nexon is ruining the game lol, not that they ever did a great job doing it. i could care less about new classes, and new content. but they fail at~
1. fixing bugs (oh good job you guys fixed horntail, it only took 3 years )
2. balancing classes (-.- ...don't needa add aything)
3. balancing damage (they're pulling a dragon ball z with this damage inflation. they need to set a cap and stick to it)
4. creating a challenge. getting to lvl 200 isn't easy, but it's not a big deal anymore.
5. running the games community. (hacking, botting, ad spamming)

they do a very poor job running the game. regardless of content
Everyone is complaining about how it ruins the game, are you high?
They still have to get 100 more levels..

Wth, the card just ruins the entire game. The point of the game is lvling yourself and training with buddies and talking and stuff. I wouldnt buy one even if I couldnt pass 50 at all.
Nexon will run this game how they want. How they want to, is not up to you individually. I honestly think some of the changes they've made are for the better, it's just that the N3x0n Ha4In bandwagon complains about them when they can(not all the changes are good though, but some are). Think about it, the game wasn't better before Big Bang, the community was. The game itself overall, has improved(not everyone thinks so though).

It's a companies job to run a game properly, but to keep their employees as well.
How people decide to use their money, and whether or not it's worth it is up to them(but you can still vent your opinions as well).
Other players could use the money for good use...on themselves. Even if Nexon only uses a small portion of the money from the NX we buy from them for improvement, at least a small portion will still be used to improve the game.
And by the way, the common sense thing is about that, I hate it when people don't on both sides of an argument(not saying that I always do, but I try to sometimes).

@BlazinBlood: True I guess but the card still isn't really worth it unless you just wanna blow your money lol.
Or the fact that I almost lost the chance to get my DB mask (finished getting my DB to level 120 about three hours before the maintenance). Had the cards been around that time, I would've been tempted to buy one(but then again, the mask isn't really worth it unless you just really like the looks of it).

3. Which one would I rather have? Leeching that will take time, or instant level up? I think the answer is obvious.

I suppose its a nice addition to the game. Skip your hell levels. But I'm not about to pay 10 dollars for level 50, and definitely not 30 dollars for level 100. I just don't think it's worth it.
Level 1-100 is really easy tbh and I wouldn't pay 30k nx for it when it takes less than a day to get there.
Honestly, not everyone can level up to 100 in a day. I know I can't. Not that I'm saying it's worth it to buy one of those level up cards, or that fact that 30K NX is worth it, it's just that not everyone can level up really fast, or even average. Just depends on the person(I take around a week of training to get to level 100 ).
I would offer my service to level a char from 1-50 for $10 -____-; It's like buying leech . . . but it's faster and Nexon GETS the money
*Edit: Not saying that the level up cards are worth it, just saying leeching has a lot of cons as well. Of course, IMO, the best way to get to level 50 is to do it yourself.
*Edit #2: Forgot to factor in the cheapness of leeching. If you really unlucky and got scammed...a lot, then maybe the cards would be worth something.

meh, if you pay to skip levels what you play maple for? nexon might aswell sell a "200 and over quit coupon" for 80k, you buy it and your char gets lv200+insta-hacked+passwordchange+quit. this can save you lots of time
