Requirement is Lv150, if you don't have 999STR AT LEAST by then, you should be ashamed.
Seriously, it's not hard. Plus the fact that warriors don't require Dex unless for anything 130+ pure STR is not a hard thing to accomplish. You can also easily get a 6% earring, 4% belt, and 4% shoe for around 50mil give or take.
My final argument before you decide to quote on anything else
How the heck do you plan to get the sword if you don't even have AT LEAST 999Str.

It's actually 250att. They changed it. Plus Magnus is hard to defeat and the drop rate is low, making it hard to get. BTW it cannot be pot'd or scrolled.
The sword also has no potential meaning that you can't put percent boss ignore or attack on it. Why limit youself to a 250 sword when you can have a 200+ one with 70 percent boss (or 100+ percent if you go empress)?

Step 2: get level 10 crafting
Step 3: get a mule and get level 10 alchemy on it for fusing
step 4: Craft/ fuse until you get a 6% top, bottom, and hat
step 5: fuse 9% sneakers
step 6: Craft/ fuse 9% earrings
step 7: Craft/ fuse a 4% level 40 belt.
Thats exactly 40%, and thats exactly how I started off. I got a little over 40% though since I got lucky with earrings and got 12%
it's already been nerfed to 250. LOL.
@Geo599: What are you on about? They dont require a secondary stat at all, they never did. The only reason warriors needed dex was due to the fact we had useless accuracy

thats not the AVERAGE
the average is the total amount/ amount of maplers.
the average mapler is not that poor - yes SOME are, but not average
the average mapler can get a zak helm and htp.
if you cant get % str - go to monsterpark.
if you still cant afford it then the answer is simple - you cant have it.
lazy mapler IS NOT EQUAL TO average mapler

No not all warrior equips have a dex requirement. Most of them dont, those that do are things like arcglaives, empress set etc. The reason warriors needed dex preBB was cause of the accuracy system.

The equips give dex but a certain level of dex isn't required to equips them. I didn't say go buy the 40%, I said craft it, you can't craft capes only fuse them.

You are ridiculously stupid. Warrior equips no longer require dex, unless you're using the 120+ equips. If you can't afford to craft equips that total 40% then you most likely cant afford any equips over 120. So even unfunded people can go dexless.

even without more than 10% str you can get 1k easily, all the warrior equips also give good +str. My pally have like 11% str and i already have more than 1k of STR.

Yes, 1000+ STR is not hard with % STR. But you're wrong. I'm at 305% STR, and I've only got 5625 STR.
Sigh, once your more "experienced" with MS, 30%STR will be average for you.

It's pretty easy to get there surpisingly. My dawn warrior at lvl 120 has around 700 ish base strength and with some of my warrior gear has over 1500 easily.

The average Mapler has 30%Stat.

I already have around 1k STR at 142 with only 18% STR. It's not hard at all.
GOD..the boss is UNbeatable! well right now.. the moment you go in to fight it.. in 5 secs if do A LOT damage to it about 1/4 of the heath are gone..you die..and you respawn..and the moment touch the ground 3 secs..good bye
