There was a glitch and people abused it. Something with letter cases.

When I try getting the box, Gaga says my Use tab is full. Maybe Nexon did this on purpose to control the economy.

Actually I've gotten 100 dusts each day for the past week after first using my Star Generator. and i still get the same "wait 24hr." message. Just another one of Nexon's lazy bugs that will more then likely not get fixed. Much like the other event where you fight the other jobs. -_-

wat I can't even get the box anymore. It keeps saying I already gave stars out when I haven't even done it that day.
And I always could gift myself in a normal town. I just typed my ign in caps (or lower case if your ign is originally in caps) and then it works

P.S. This is just my opinion...competitive market is good for the "greater community" coz more people will get better stat (or potential for that matter) items and that will somewhat drive prices lower, thus making more people to be able to buy, more people buying means money is being circulated, money is circulated means economy gets better overall, economy is better means people with a better buying power, better buying power means people are able to sell/buy more stuffs.

@nc4228: Oh well, half the population has already done this. They patched this in the last maintenance also.

still, its like saying if there is an exploit of any kind, you have the right to abuse it because nexon didnt fix it in time

Eh, yeah it is Nexon's fault for not looking over this glitch. However, it is also the player's fault for continuously ABUSING the glitch just to make some profit.

ohh you have. anyways, i dont think that there will be hellbans because we arent duping anything now are we? and it works on all chars. just login and ask for stargenerator and bam, instant 6 stars per char. and if you are like me with like 15 chars, thats alot of stuff

@dartz321: Have you tried typing your name in all lowercase? If it doesn't work then, drop it and get a new one. Then use it in Ardent.

You can get some other good stuff like AEEs and Adv pot scrolls which would give you a bit of mesos. If you loot the reindeer milk and dews and npc them you make a few mil too. It's like lmpq all over again

What if you get 100 Stardusts, sell them to a random NPC since gaga wont take them, and get a generator? that way you wouldn't be "explotiing" (unless you get many of them), and you would have to gift someone other than yourself to follow the rules as they were made...

You need 2 stars (50 = 1 star).

Getting a star is a bit hard though, right? You need 2 stars to use the generator and send 6..
