okay, so now that it's winter break I decided to get back on my account and start up again only to find that my account has bee perma banned... I mean WTF! I haven't done anything illicit EVER..

I was wrongfully banned as well earlier this year...Try logging a ticket and explain to them your situation.
I know how you feel... I was at Aliens and got perma ban for training during 2exp, -.-...
